A. General: 1. This Contract shall include General Construction Work, including mechanical and electrical work, required to construct the 2024 Barton Elementary School Chiller Replacement project, 4237 Colfax Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55409 for Minneapolis Public Schools, Special School District No. 1, Minneapolis, MN, as shown on the Contract Drawings and described in the Project Manual, dated September 1,2023, prepared by Wold Architects and Engineers, 332 Minnesota Street, Suite W2000, Saint Paul, Minnesota 55101. B. Summary by References: 1. Work of the Contract can be summarized by references to the Contract, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Specification Sections, Drawings, addenda, and modifications to the Contract Documents issued subsequent to the initial printing of this Project Manual and including but not necessarily limited to printed material referenced by any of these. It is recognized that work of the Contract is also unavoidably affected or influenced by governing regulations, natural phenomenon including weather conditions, and other forces outside the Contract Documents. C. Contract: 1. Construct Work under one prime contract. 2024 Barton Elementary School Chiller Replacement Placement of new chiller provided by owner, associated transformer and electrical work, and replacement of adjacent roofing area.
