The City is seeking a qualified aviation consultant to provide airport engineering design and airport construction project management services for both AIP and non-federally funded projects. All work will be required to meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Standards and the ADOT Aeronautics Division Standards. Also, all work shall be accomplished in accordance with all Federal, State and Local guidelines, regulations including FAA Advisory Circulars, The Environmental Protection Agency and Arizona Environmental Statutes. This contract with the City of Coolidge will include on call professional services over a 5 year period. During the term of the consultant agreement, the City reserves the right to cancel the agreement at its sole discretion and/or solicit and contract with other firms to provide similar services. As the Airport Sponsor, the City will administrate the contract and provide staff support. The selected consultant must obtain and keep current a City of Coolidge Business License during the course of this contract. ANTICIPATED PROJECTS INCLUDE: Drainage Master Plan. Pavement Maintenance Projects. Construction Management. Design, Construct Taxiway B Extension with Geometry Reconfiguration and Connections. Design, construct Taxiway Initial Taxiway C and GA Apron. Design and Construct Runway 1735 Extension and Decoupling project. Construct Security Fencing (Phase I). Apron rehabilitate/ reconstruct. Design and construct airport roads, Hangar lots, Taxiways and revenue development projects.
