The City of Coolidge will accept competitive sealed proposals for the purchase of one 120 ft long 15 ft tall with an elevated section that is 30 ft long and 20 ft tall steel shade structure The Public Works Department is seeking to purchase and have installed a steel structure suitable for parking equipment and vehicles under. The City of Coolidge has allocated approximately $150,000 in general funds for this project. We are asking for proposals for design, and installation. While price is important, a quality product and design are the elements which will set the standards for this play structure. The shade structure must be a steel material and designed to withstand heavy winds and weather 2. The structure must be 120 ft long 15 ft tall and 30ft deep with an elevated section that is 30 ft long and 20 ft tall and 30 ft deep. 3. Must include all parts, equipment, overhead and ground covers if shown on solicitation or exhibits. 4. Price must include shipping, installation, taxes and all other applicable fees. 5. Must be deliverable within timeframe promised in bid. 6. Must be installed and include warranties from manufacturer and installation company.
