The location and description of the proposed work are as follows: The proposed project is located in Pinal County within the City of Coolidge at the intersection of SR 87 and Skousen Road. The proposed work consists of the installation of traffic signals, radar detectors, electrical service, tapered turning lanes, signing and striping, and related work. The time allowed for the completion of the work included in this contract will be 200 calendar days. The minimum contract-specified goal for participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in the work, as a percentage of the total amount bid, shall be 4.69.
