Opening of submissions: The opening of tenders takes place on the deadline date and time indicated for the receipt of tenders. The only possibility for anyone to attend this opening is to view it live on the Internet at the address indicated for this purpose in the Additional Instructions . No physical presence at the opening is now permitted and no subsequent viewing of the video recording of the opening is possible, nor recording or broadcasting of it. This new rule is put in place as an additional measure to combat the spread of COVID-19.
