This solicitation is for services in two classrooms at the 45th Ave location and a single classroom at the Josephine location Denver 9-1-1 seeks to either add on to its existing A/V setup or replace to accommodate the training of a larger number of new employees in a classroom setting, host additional training classes for area public safety agencies, and increase training resources in one computer lab, and one back-up 9-1-1 center. The City reserves the right to postpone or cancel this RFP, or reject all proposals, if determined to be in the best interest of the City. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Employee Background Checks Required - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Local Service Required - Onsite Maintenance Required - Training Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Vendors must participate in the walk-through inspection of both sites conducted by City personnel on September 11, 2023 and familiarize themselves with any conditions which may affect performance and proposed prices. No additional site visits will be scheduled following the pre-bid/job walk until after the project has been awarded.
