The scope of work consists of furnishing and delivering traffic signs to various Highways District Offices on the islands of Oahu, Hawaii, Maui and Kauai, on an as needed basis. All Request for Information (RFI) questions and substitution requests shall be submitted via electronically no later than fourteen (14) calendar days before bid opening. RFI questions received after the stated deadline will not be addressed. Verbal RFIs will not receive a response.
