Renovation of an educational facility in White Swan, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The US Forest WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch has requirement to replace the HVAC in the Server room at Ft. Simcoe Job Corps Centers in the state of Washington. This requirement is being solicited under Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in conjunction with FAR Part 36, with the intent to a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 13. The Government will a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
