Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Niagara Falls, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.
The work will include, storm sewer installation, ditch cleaning and grading, trimming and reshaping roadside turf areas, milling of existing park roads, selective full depth reconstruction, and placement of top course asphalt in accordance with the contract plans and manual. Each Bidder shall include a bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or an irrevocable standby letter of credit from a bank, and subject to the conditions provided in the "Important Bidder Information". Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Contract term: The Contractor will start the work within ten days of receipt of the written Notice to Proceed issued by the Sponsor. The Contractor shall complete the work by October 31, 2023. The County of Niagara reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids. The cost range for this project is $750,000 - $850,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
