Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of removing all existing landscaping and asphalt path, and constructing a brick paver path, ADA-compliant concrete sidewalk ramp, decorative retaining wall & coping, irrigation system, perennial plantings and sodding. The Village of Mount Prospect reserves the right to reject any or all bids A bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount The deposit must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a bank cashiers check.
