Dene Tha’ First Nation (“the Owner”) is issuing this tender for the construction of a Diversion Station facility in Bushe River, Alberta. The construction of the Diversion Station facility will generally consist of construction of access roads, gravelled pad and 20 foot modified sea-can, 2 bay equipment garage and site lighting and connection to the local electric utility system. The site is located in Bushe River, Dene Tha’ First Nation, Alberta at the legal location SE ¼ Section 06, Township 112, Range 04, West of the Sixth Meridian. The work generally involves, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Mobilization and demobilization including transporting equipment to and from site, constructing and reclaiming any haul roads required during construction, obtaining permits, erecting temporary facilities, and providing a safety program; Provide equipment for test pitting. Hauling of fill material from off site borrow area identified in the specifications to construct roads and pads; Supply and construction of one (1) 20 Yard Roll-off bin; Supply and installation of office trailer and 20 ft modified Sea-Can unit; Supply and installation of site fence and gates; Supply and installation of lock block bunkers. Supply and installation of granular base and sub-base materials; Excavation and construction of surface water control ditches; Topsoiling and seeding of permanent ditches, embankment slopes, and disturbed areas. Supply and installation of two bay equipment garage building including concrete pad.
