The basement demolition abuts Caltrans ROW, will require shoring (design provided by City) and installed by Bidder, and will require encroachment permitting from Caltrans. Backfilling the hole, compacting and resurfacing the area to create a parking lot: B. Demolition of a subterranean chiller approximately 1,200 SF in floor area. This portion of the work will require shoring designed and installed by the Bidder. Backfilling, compaction, resurfacing the area to create a parking area.
