Renovation of a retail development in Chestertown, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
MDOT SHA Chestertown Shop is requesting bids for the removal and replacement of approximately 670 Square Foot of "Plastic Panel Light System" located at the Chestertown Maintenance Shop Salt Barn, 615 Morgnec Rd, Chestertown, Maryland. Services will include all work efforts necessary to complete project including all parts, equipment, labor, materials, and lifts to remove and replace new Plastic Panel Light System. Please mail in or deliver by your bid. Do not email, fax, call in, or upload your bid. Small business reserve. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to Certified Small Business vendors. Only vendors that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article Subsections 14-501 - 14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and who are registered with the Department of General Services Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract.
