The work or improvement to be performed generally consists of providing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the project per plans, specifications and contract documents, including but not limited to, spot repair and/or replacement of sections of wrought iron fence, and painting of wrought iron fence for the Cerritos Sports Complex, located at 19900 Bloomfield Avenue. Match existing fence size and color. No bid will be accepted from a contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 9, Division III of the California Business and Professions Code. The contractor must possess a license of the following classification at the time the contract is awarded (and must maintain this license classification through completion of the project): "A," or "C-13," and/or "C-23." The bidder's attention is also directed to Section 7028.15 of the Business and Professions Code for further reference. Any requests for information regarding opened bids shall be directed to the Office of the City Clerk via a formal Public Records Act request.
