The City of Cerritos is seeking qualified proposals for a consultant firm to conduct a Citywide fiber optic master plan feasibility study (Study) in accordance with the Cerritos City Council's direction to explore a competitive, reliable, and cost effective Citywide fiber optic master plan for the purposes of attracting and retaining commercial, industrial, and retail businesses and potentially providing municipal broadband services. The selected consultant firm shall work closely with the Management Information Services (MIS) Division, who will administer the project to ensure that objectives are effectively and efficiently met and priced competitively. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or portions thereof, or to waive any informality or irregularity in a proposal to the extent allowed by law.
