The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified contractors to do business on an on-call basis to provide emergency and priority wastewater collection system infrastructure repair and replacement construction services on a 24/7 availability. In general, the work to be performed under this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment and materials required for an emergency or priority repair, rehabilitation or replacement of sanitary sewer mains, sewer manholes, sewer structures/laterals, lift stations, and odor control stations as needed throughout the wastewater collection system. The selected contractors must be able to respond to the designated location within one and one-half hours after initial notification from the City Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services as described below. Up to five contractors may be selected for this JOC A Small Business Enterprise goal of 3.5% has been established for this project.
