Remodeling of a municipal facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
This project is a phased 12,600 SF renovation of the Clerk of the Courts in SE Justice center in Mesa, AZ. The project is phased and work is to be done after normal business hours as there is a portion of the public file counter that must remain open.-See Bid Narrative in "Documents" section under this solicitation. No Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled however a non-mandatory site walk is scheduled. See solicitation for details. All work on this contract is to be completed within 365 CALENDAR DAYS beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Questions or clarifications regarding the bid documents shall be addressed through Periscope S2G using the link in the "Q&A" tab. Minor administrative questions may be sent to the Article 5 procurement officer at Paul.Shamrock@maricopa.gov. All questions or clarifications must be received by the County at least six days prior to bid opening date. When appropriate, any answers or clarifications affecting the cost may be addressed to all bidders in an addendum. Verbal interpretations or clarifications will not be given to individual contractors.
