Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The proposed work for the East Union Street and Riverview Park Pump Station Structural Repairs Project generally includes: roof replacement and structural repairs for the East Union Street pump station and replacement of the existing building enclosure for the Riverview Park pump station. Major items of work include: replacement of the existing roof and various structural repairs for the East Union Street pump station and replacement of the existing fiberglass building enclosure with a new precast building enclosure for the Riverview Park pump station, electrical work and all related work. Project also includes keeping both pump stations in service throughout construction of the project. A bid security in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the bid and made payable to the Owner shall be submitted in the form of a certified check drawing upon a bank within the State of New Hampshire or a bid bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in New Hampshire. The successful bidder shall furnish a 100% PERFORMANCE BOND AND PAYMENT BOND and shall be required to execute the contract agreement within ten (10) days following notification of the acceptance of his bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any bid, to waive any informality on bids received, or to omit and/or alter any bid item.
