Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Working plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
The Town of Goffstown is seeking proposals to design and build a dry- type fire sprinkler system at the DPW Fleet Maintenance Garage Design dry-type black steel pipe system meeting current NFPA and local Fire Department standards for coverage of the open apparatus bays and small interior spaces in the Fleet Garage, and all related permitting and testing. Underground excavation and water main to building by others. Sprinkler riser room construction by others. Alarm and control wiring by others. Questions pertaining to this RFP will be accepted no later than Noon on Wednesday October 25th, 2023 and should be directed by e-mail to: ajacobs@goffstownnh.gov
