The Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office is soliciting sealed bids for the Purchase and Installation of New Equipment described herein Location of Equipment: Hillsborough County Complex - 329 Mast Road, Goffstown, NH 03045 Site Visit: N/A Bids should be directed to: Contact Information: Gary Fisher, Chief, Deputy Sheriff 329 Mast Road. No telephone inquiries will be accepted Only those inquiries and those responses made in writing will be binding. The Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bidders and proposals an to waive or disregard minor irregularities, informalities, or deficiencies. The Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office reserves the right to amend this Request for Proposals at any time prior to the receipt of bids. The Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office further reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposals, in whole or in part, at any time. The Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office shall be the sole determining factor as to what constitutes an acceptable bid. This Invitation to Bid is presented in accordance with New Hampshire RSA 28:8-a, 8-b, and 8-c. This bid will be awarded consistent with the said statute(s) Failure of any Bidder to receive any addenda shall not relieve such bidder from any obligation under the proposal as submitted. All addenda issued shall become part of these specifications. It is presumed that all Bidders will have read and are thoroughly familiar with these specifications and addenda. The failure or omission of any Bidder to examine any form, instrument, or document shall in no way relieve the Bidder from any obligation with respect to the bid. Complete sets of the proposal documents shall be used in preparing the proposal. The County does not assume any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of proposal documents.
