The timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Town of Goffstown, NH is requesting bid proposals for Town Wide Drainage Structure and Pipe Cleaning 2025. The Town of Goffstown, NH is soliciting price proposals for providing drainage structure and pipe cleaning services in the Town of Goffstown during the 2025 calendar year. The contractor selected for this work will be responsible for furnishing all necessary equipment and skilled labor capable of using the equipment to remove silt, sediment, and miscellaneous debris from, drop inlets, catch basins, drain manholes, and drainage pipes, ranging in size and material. The structure and pipe locations shall be scheduled as needed and directed by Goffstown DPW. Unless otherwise noted in the scope of work, all services shall be provided during the contract period of April 15, 2025 - November 15, 2025. The Town reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, extend this contract with the selected Contractor for all, or a portion of the scope of work herein plus changes related thereto (if any), for up to two (2) additional years after expiration of the initial contract term The following approximate amounts are stated below, however variations in the stated amounts may be necessary at the discretion of the Department of Public Works. Approximately 630 Drainage Structures with a "Vactor" Type Truck. Approximately 100 Drainage Structure with a Clamshell Truck. Approximately 4,000 Liner feet of pipe cleanings with Pipe Jet Truck. All collected material will be deposited in a location specified at the Goffstown Transfer Station at 404 Elm St., Goffstown NH, 03045. At this location, the weight of the disposed material shall be recorded using the Town Truck Scale. Weight in and out shall be recorded. The contractor will not be responsible for testing or ultimate disposal of such material The contractor will be allowed to access water for their cleaning operation via a service hydrant at the Goffstown Fire Station #19 Located at 656 Mast Road Goffstown, NH 03102 and a second hydrant location near 51 Depot St Goffstown, NH 03045.
