Site work for a water / sewer project in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed Bids are sought for the Upper Reservoir Dam Removal project, which includes removal and disposal of vegetation and all components of the spillway and discharge channel, phased dewatering, excavation, grading for new streams, redepositing excavated embankment and stream soils in the former impoundment, and installation of new vegetation. Completion time for the project is set as 210 calendar days for substantial completion and 240 calendar days for final completion, with all work to be completed on or before August 15, 2026. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis as indicated in the bid form. Bid security is required in accordance with the stated instructions to bidders.
