Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.
As of January 7, 2025, the project was awarded to Veteran's Development Corporation but the awarded amount is not available. The project involves two distinct construction areas located at 329 Mast Road, Goffstown, NH: 1. UNH Cooperative Extension Service Project (Existing Barn-Like Structure)2 Size: Approximately 8,756 sq. ft. Requirements: Demolition, Removal and Replacement into ADA-compliant office space, storage, kitchenette area and conference room. 2. Sheriff's Office Relocation Project (Second-Floor Area of Existing Brick Building) Size: Approximately 6,000 sq. ft. Requirements: Stud-out remodel to create suitable facilities for a law enforcement office, emergency dispatch center, offices, storage and conference room space. All Questions Due by: Friday, November 15, 2024, 12:00pm by email, cmonier@hcnh.org with a cc to marykay.macnichol@hcnh.gov The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bidders and proposals and to waive or disregard minor irregularities, informalities, or deficiencies. The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds this project. Contractor is subject to all applicable federal terms and conditions and therefore must complete the project in its entirety by September 30, 2026
