The Town of Goffstown, New Hampshire is seeking proposals from qualified Rite Way Crack Repair contractors. The Towns’ four tennis courts have a combination of roughly 445’ of cracks. A combination of structural and hairline cracks. April 30, 2025, the 445’ cracks were repaired. The structural cracks were filled with a concrete fortified E330 Acrylic Binder and the hairline cracks filled with a Premier-Crack rubberized liquid crack filler. All cracks were painted to match and blend the current courts and lines. We are looking for a phase II final repair “Rite Way Crack Repair”, Apply rite way seam tape, rite way stress matt and rite way bonding edge. Then apply premier sports resurface, give two coats’ colors to be red, and dark green. Paint all lines for four courts and paint 4 sets of pickleball lines. The Town will select one Company with whom it will make a good faith effort to negotiate an Agreement. In the event such an agreement cannot be reached to the satisfaction of the Town, it reserves the right to terminate negotiations (with no obligation to the selected Company),and to enter into an agreement with any other party of its choosing. The Town reserves the right to negotiate, accept or reject any and all bids, as well as waive any informality in the best interest of the Town. Proposals which fail to address each of the submission requirements above may be deemed non-responsive and will not be further considered. SCOPE OF WORK Final prep of all cracks for Rite way seam taping and full process. Paint all four courts and apply four courts of tennis lines, and four courts of pickleball. COMPLETION DATE The Completion Date for this project is to be determined with the winning contractor. Work to be completed preferable by September 12, 2025
