**As of October 20, 2023 materials will be purchased from Garland/DBS, Inc. for $26,003.34 and GMG Roofing will handle installation services at the cost of $43,012.00. The total project cost will be $ 69,015.34.** Hall Gym Roof Replacement. Bid contact Deborah Young at 704-638-2152 or via email at dyoun@salisburync. Project completion including punch list shall be complete within thirty (30) days. If the contractor does not complete the work within this period from the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order a penalty of $300.00 per calendar day excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be deducted from the contract amount. Final questions to be submitted to Garland/DBS (zlaroche@garlandind.com) by Monday 9-18-23 by 12pm (Noon).
