Site work and paving for a road / highway in Union Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The major construction items include approximately: Approximately 13,100 s.y. HMA Milling, 3" or Less- Approximately 1,800 s.y. HMA Milling, More than 3" to 6"- Approximately 1,600 tons HMA 9.5M-64 Surface Course- Approximately 540 tons HMA 25M-64 Base Course- Approximately 9,900 l.f. traffic marking lines, 4" double yellow centerline- Approximately 9,900 l.f. traffic marking lines, 4" white edge line- 160 Hours Traffic Director, Flagger (certified)- Other incidental work appurtenant thereto. The Township of Union Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in any bid inuring to the benefit of the Township of Union. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms provided in the Bid Package in the manner designated therein, and required by the Specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Township of Union, 140 Perryville Road, Hampton, New Jersey 08827, and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit with either a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and such other documents and certifications as required in the Bid Package, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above.
