The intent and purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a contract with a qualified contractor to provide Refuse Collection Services (not to include hazardous or infectious materials) for the Virginia State Police, an Agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Upon award / Initial Term is 1 year (12 months).
