Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Fairfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Cost of the plans and specifications is fifty dollars ($50) per set, non-refundable if obtained as a hardcopy, or no charge if obtained as an electronic version from the City's public website. Bids must be submitted on the forms in the Contract Documents and other conditions therein described must be met. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked ''BRUTON PARISH WAY CULVERT REPLACEMENT'' on the face of the envelope and display the name and address of the bidder. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. The City of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities in bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the City of Fairfield, Ohio to do so. Bid Bond (Certified Check or Cashier's Check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted unless otherwise specified) Work will be completed within 180 calendar days after Notice of Award.
