This project extends the water line at Sunland Gin Road to the east by 1/4 mile. As of September 10, 2025, this project is included in the City of Eloy's FY 2026-2031 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to fiscal year 2030. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
