The City of Morgan Hill, with support from the Library, Culture and Arts Commission and the Parks and Recreation Commission, is sponsoring a call for artists to submit proposals for the design, fabrication, and installation of public art at the new Galvan Park Restrooms. This project seeks to add create a new mural on the new restroom building located at Galvan Park - 17666 Crest Ave. The City of Morgan Hill has a budget of $5,000 to create one art pieces for the City of Morgan Hill's new restroom. The restroom is completed and open. The art work should be able to be completed with the restroom operational. The funding is intended to cover all project costs included design, fabrication, and installation. Proposed Project Location The restroom is located at Galvan Park, at 17666 Crest Ave. in Morgan Hill Questions: Keri Russell, Maintenance Manager, keri.russell@morganhill.ca.gov, (408) 310-4057 The City of Morgan Hill reserves the right to modify this process at any time. If selected artists will be required to sign a commission/artist agreement with the City of Morgan Hill. The City will require insurance and artist waivers.
