Renovation of a municipal facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project is to remove the existing 15 ton SATS unit and the two existing 10 ton HVAC units .The existing SATS CRAC unit and associated pump, dry cooler, glycol system, valves, and piping would be removed and R-22 refrigerant would be recovered in accordance with BGIS and PSPC requirements. The two existing CRAC units, associated condensing units and piping would be removed, and R407C refrigerant would be recovered in accordance with BGIS and PSPC requirements. It also complies to all the Policies and Standards. The project is also to supply and install a new 5 ton CRAC unit and rooftop condensing unit including new refrigerant piping, new controls, and new control sequences. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval.
