Demolition, site work and addition to a library in North Babylon, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a library; for the demolition of a library; and for site work for a 19,005-square-foot, one-story above grade library.
A new addition to an existing library. Certified check or Bid Bond in the amount totaling 5% of the base bid. No interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other Contract Documents will be made to any bidder orally.
