Renovation of a multi-residential development in Somerville, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work under the Contract consists of (1.) Apply for, pay for, obtain and obtain rough and final approvals of all permits required; (2.) Replace or retrofit seven (7) 208Y/120 volt FPE panelboards with new; (3.) Replace five (5) FPE transformers in the east wing electrical rooms with new, including: (a) Replace/relocate FPE transformers with new; (b) Provide new 1-hour rated wall and door to enclose replacement transformer on first floor; (c) Provide mechanical ventilation in transformer rooms; (4.) Replace two (2) 480Y/277 volt FPE distribution panelboards with new; (5.) All carpentry work as shown or required; (6.) All painting work as shown or required, including all new walls and new doors, and existing areas affected by the work; (7.) All HVAC work as shown or required; (8.) All electrical work as shown or required; (9.) Testing, training, commissioning, and demonstration of all systems; (10.) Record Drawings; (11.) Operation and Maintenance Instruction and Manuals; (12.) Warranties. (13.) All cutting and patching required to install the work, and restore areas affected by the demolition or work; (14.)
