The Brockton Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, is soliciting Quotes for the 24-10 Belair High-Rise 10th Floor Ceiling Repairs project in accordance with the documents prepared by the Brockton Housing Authority Project consists of but not limited to: removal of all water-damaged popcorn ACM and the application of encapsulate to properly seal all open edges. The scope will also include the removal of any ACM debris that might be generated and or found. All units will most likely be occupied during abatement.
