As of August 22, 2024, construction is underway and will be complete September 2024. Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been selected as the Construction Manager at Risk by Windom Area Hospital to administer the construction of Medical Office Building (MOB) The project involves reconstructing the main parking lot, new utility line work in the new addition, landscaping, demoing the existing clinic and constructing a new 50,000 sq ft office building with a combined area of approximately 200,000 sq ft between site and building. * Addendum No 1 and 2 have been released.
