Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in McConnell AFB, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Description Electrical Track and Tracing, 22nd Medical Group, Building 250, McConnell AFB, KS This information is SCOPE SPECIFIF FOR THIS PROJECT: Since the facility was built in 1993 there have been several projects where the correct labeling of the electrical panels and breakers were not included in the project. Although it has been happening since 2003 there are still too many questions about the previous year’s renovations. Contractor to trace and label each circuit breaker, electrical panels, outlets, light switches and equipment throughout the entire facility. Facility breaker boxes are currently mislabeled after 24 years of usage and other construction projects. Each and every circuit box to be relabeled and properly traced. Facility is in needed for efficient response when electrical issues arise, as currently the facility has a slow response time to electrical issues and very impactful to patient care, especially in weather or other emergency situations. All current breaker boxes are mislabeled to where currently the facility SOP is trial and error on critics as there is no clear label for each electrical line. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Magnitude of Construction: TBD Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = TBD calendar days
