The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, material, equipment, transportation and any other items and services necessary to mount five (5) fixed cameras with mounts at the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (Building 522, Suite 100), install a Video Management System (VMS), and an HDMI RF Modulator Audio/Visual Distribution System (AVDS) over Coax. VMS and AVDS will be installed in Building 522, Rm 106. The AVDS will support at least 4 HDMI inputs,2 Coax inputs and 12 Coax outputs. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY23-F2Z00C3121A001- OSI FF&E CCTV Audiovisual, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a).
