Work w ill be in accordance w ith the contract, plans, and technical specifications. This action is being solicited on a 100% Small Business Set Aside basis. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard for small business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is betw een $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Persons intending on submitting a BID should attend the Site Visit. CLIN 001 Work includes adding/removing walls, ceilings, doors, and flooring. Work will require relocating existing above the ceiling Ground Source Heat pumps and associated ductwork, piping, controls, and electrical. CLIN 001 also includes Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing of the entire building's HVAC systems which includes the Heat Pumps, Energy Recovery Units, and Geothermal Hydronic Water Pumps. Cleaning all supply and return ductwork for the heat pumps and energy recovery units and also includes replacing all existing thermostats to match the current KSANG base standard which includes the capability to monitor room humidity. CLIN 002 includes all work required to replace the existing energy recovery unit in the North Mechanical Room with a new Dedicated Outdoor Air System, DOAS, Unit. CLIN 003 includes all work required to replace the existing energy recovery unit in the South Mechanical Room with a new Dedicated Outdoor Air System, DOAS, Unit.
