Renovation of a military facility in McConnell AFB, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work covered in this contract consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to perform operations in connection with the work described in paragraph SW-3. It is the intent of the government for the contractor to provide a complete and useable system. Any relevant details required for a complete system that is omitted in the contract plans and specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost to the government. Provide all plant, labor, new and current material, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance and supervision necessary to replace the three HVAC units in Building 37 UPS building in accordance Remove three HVAC units in Building 37 UPS building. Existing equipment is Wall Mounted, Bard, Model No. W60A2-C9XPXXXJ, 18 A, 414-506 VAC, 60 HZ, 3 PHASE. All units are still functioning. Replace HVAC units one at a time to maintain UPS building HVAC. Removed equipment becomes Contractors property. Provide and install three new equivalent wall mounted, 5 Ton HVAC units rated for outdoor use with the following Characteristics: Cooling Capacity BTUH: 55,000 EER: 9.00 Electrical Rating: 460-3 Electrical Frequency: 60 Hz Operating Voltage Range: 414-506 VAC Max voltage: 460 VAC Minimum Circuit Apacity: 18 Max. Fuse or Ckt. Breaker: 20 Spectial ki:t Low ambient control
