Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in McConnell AFB, Kansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: The Contractor shall design the construction project, replace the existing UNCs, Field Controllers, thermostats, control enclosures as required, associated communication wiring between the new field controllers and the main controller, and verify the sequences. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, expertise, testing, surveying, equipment, reports, samples, warranties, and transportation necessary to complete the project according to the Statement of Work, plans, specifications, and contract documents. The effort will consist of a base bid and five options. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 485 calendar days
