Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish all services, materials, supplies, equipment, labor, supervision, and travel as required in the Statement of Work, specifications, drawings and requirements. The general project scope includes designing and building (Repairing) the Echo Ramp Lighting System, AGE Parking Apron, Shoulder Mill/Overlay and Repainting the Marking on the shoulder for the scope below. For the base bid, the Contractor shall replace the existing high mast lighting system on the Echo Ramp with a new LED lighting system featuring adjustable mechanism light fixtures, glare shields, and navigational aids, ensuring compatibility with existing power and including a surge protection device. The new lighting system shall be designed to meet UFC standards and include accessible controls at the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC). In conjunction with the lighting upgrade, the Contractor shall construct a new Airfield Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pad on the Echo Apron shoulder, designed to accommodate approximately 61 Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) with a maximum load of 160,000 pounds, and repair Asphalt Concrete (AC) pavement through a 2-inch mill and overlay, filling cracks over 2 inches deep and applying a tack coat. After completion, the Contractor shall repaint stripes to match existing patterns and reseed disturbed grounds. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information.
