Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Description: The project scope is for remediation of the walking path at Collinfurst Park, which includes removal and replacement of ex. base with new crushed gravel material, (4 thick layer, 385 LF, 10.5 avg. width). LBR 100 (min base), LBR 40 (min subgrade) and resurface with 1.5 in Type SP 9.5 asphalt, 800 LF, 10.5 ft avg. width. Proposal envelopes must be sealed and marked with the Bid number, due date, and name of Proposer so as to identify the enclosed submittal. If more than one package is submitted, please mark 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc. All questions pertaining to the terms and conditions of the scope of work of this Bid/Proposal must be submitted in writing via email to the City Clerk as shown below: Janice L. Peters, MMC, City Clerk City of Callaway 6601 East Hwy. 22 Callaway, FL 32404 jpeters@cityofCallaway.com All questions must be received at least five (5) calendar days prior to the scheduled opening of Bids/Proposals The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in the Bids/Proposals and to re-advertise for Bids/Proposals. The City also reserves the right to separately accept or reject any item or items of a Bid/Proposal and to award and/or negotiate a contract in the best interest of the City.
