Renovation of a municipal facility in Princeton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, made payable to the Owner, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders certified cashiers check .a Performance Bond and Payment Bond utilizing the bond forms bound in the Project Manual each in a penal sum equal to at least the contract sum and the cost of such bonds shall be included in the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia.
