The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder's Contractor license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal Deadline for Bidder s questions is 12:00 noon on September 21, 2023.
