Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Geneva, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project will include site inspection, design development and construction administration for the re-development of 1.5 approximate miles of the Fox River Trail Path through and north of the Jon Duerr Forest Preserve in South Elgin. The current path has multiple challenges including flood way concerns, encroachment issues, pavement failures and tree/brush conflicts. As of April 9, 2025, per owner, an engineer has been identified. A general contractor has not yet been selected as this has not yet gone out to bid. The project is anticipated to start in Summer of 2025, so bidding will likely be late spring early summer.
