Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Bank Draft, or Bidder's Bond made payable to the Chief Finance Officer of Rice County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. A Performance Bond payable to Rice County, in the full amount of the bid shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids without question.
