As of January 8, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Maui District requests quotation for Furnishing all materials and labor to install a drainage swale along at Kahakapao Access Road - Makawao Forest Reserve. Failure to visit the work site will in no way relieve the successful bidder from completion of the work in accordance with the specifications. Bid Price shall include all transportation cost and all related taxes. Project shall be completed within 60 calendar days. Actual Project Start Date pending Purchase Order approval and other internal factors. Purchase is based on availability of funds or other internal factors. Payment to be made with State of Hawaii Purchase Order (PO). Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Lau, Rick K. Furnish all materials and labor to install a six-foot-wide drainage swale along the Kahakapao Access Road in the Makawao State Forest Reserve. See attachment for swale specifications. Bid Price shall include all transportation cost and all related taxes. DOFAW reserves the right to decrease or increase the scope of work based on funding or other internal factors. Failure to visit the work site will in no way relieve the successful bidder from completion of work in accordance with specifications.
