The Daviess County Water District is soliciting proposals from a Professional Architect, licensed to practice in the State of Kentucky, to provide design and construction administration for the construction of a 3,500 SF addition to the existing 4,200 SF PEMB office building. The addition will house an expanded Clerk/Operations area, a secure Vestibule and Lobby, climatecontrolled Maintenance Shop, and a Board/Training room. The renovation will include 3 new, larger offices, updated break room and bathroom fixtures and finishes, updated drive-thru window, new LED lighting, new HVAC and ceilings. The project will need to be phased to allow DCWD to remain fully functional during construction. SERVICES: 1. Complete project design, detailed drawings, and specifications. 2. Bid assistance, including the following: a. Pre-bid b. Answering RFIs c. Preparation of the Bid Tabs d. Bid Opening e. Recommendation to Award 3.
