Section I: PR 304 (Project ID No. C07289) Supply and install one (1) precast concrete culvert by jacking through Provincial Road 304, 0.86 km east of PTH 59, in the Rural Municipality of Alexander. Section II: PR 204 - Old River Road (Project ID No. C07308) Install two (2) corrugated steel pipe culverts by trenching (open cut) through Provincial Road 204, approximately 7.28 km north of PTH 101, in the Rural Municipality of East St. Paul. Section III: PR 204 - Misty Creek (Project ID No. C07309) Install one (1) corrugated steel pipe culvert by trenching (open cut) through Provincial Road 204, approximately 10.1 km north of PTH 101, in the Rural Municipality of St. Clements. Section IV: PR 216 (Project ID No. C07235) Supply and install two (2) corrugated steel pipe culverts by trenching (open cut) through Provincial Road 216, 5.4 km south of Provincial Truck Highway 52, in the Rural Municipality of Hanover. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Sub Completion and Completion Date. Completion Date and Liquidated Damages Sub Completion Shall Be Defined as All Work on Sections Ii, Iii, and Iv. The Sub Completion Work Must Be Completed No Later Than November 15, 2023. See Special Provision Construction Schedule for Section Iii. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Sub Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion Date Shall Be Defined as All Remaining Work. The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than March 15, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. The Maximum Daily Liquidated Damages That Shall Be Charged at Any Given Time is Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: April 1st, 2024 - June 15th, 2024.
