Reference Number 0000302414 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/09/24 12:00:00 PM CDT Construction of a bituminous pavement including milling of existing bituminous pavement on Provincial Trunk Highway (PTH) 1 at the Kemnay Weigh Station located approximately 2.4km West of West Junction PTH 1 and PTH 1A, in the Municipality of Whitehead COMPLETION MODEL The Contract will be assessed Liquidated Damages in accordance with the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES The Work must be completed by no later than OCTOBER 31, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of ONE THOUSAND ($1,000.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. SEASONAL SHUTDOWN DATE The Seasonal Shutdown Date for this project is NOVEMBER 15, 2025. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award is subject to final approval
